What it means by a GSH-18 and/or a weapon of choice is how you'll spawn with that weapon in-game. No matter if you die, drop the gun, have a server restart or really anything, you'll always spawn with it. For the weapon of choice option, you can choose weapons that are assault rifles and sniper rifles, but NOTHING OVERPOWERED! So no miniguns, basically. The GSH-18 is also an extremely good and reliable gun. Up close, around point blank, it'll always one shot to the head (150 damage) and two shot on the torso (50 damage). At distances, you'll be averaging 35 damage a hit. For a pistol you'll always have on you, it's very good. For the free car option, you essentially can have any car of your choice that's over $1,000,000. It's a better deal than spending money for $1,200,00/$3,000,000 just for an exotic car.
